With over 25 years of experience in finance, administration, and project management, he has successfully overseen both staff and large-scale workforces. He has managed teams of over 300 staff members and more than 2,000 workers across numerous projects, many of which are international in scope. His experience includes managing high-profile projects funded by Japanese ODA, USA, Australia, Korea, China, France, and other international partners. His extensive background in coordinating multinational efforts highlights his expertise in handling complex operations and diverse teams.

He has over 27 years of experience in contract management in Cambodia, primarily working with international and standard local projects. He holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from Russia.
