A. Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal/ external job announcements.
- Screen, source, interview and determine good candidates for the Company
- Reference check
- Salary negotiate
- Inform successful candidates to related departments
- Assist in designing job descriptions and job analysis
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
B. Job Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Skill: Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Computer Skill: Proficiency in using Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email
- Language Skill: Good in verbal and written English.
